The only ever do video calls to check in every week or two where as we meet you face to face through video call between 2-5 times a week depending on your needs. Our friendly and enjoyable approach sets us apart, allowing you to work out conveniently and flexibly wherever and whenever you prefer – at home, outdoors, or in the gym.

Live 1 To 1 Personal Training
Live training from the comfort of your own home or space done through video call.
Exercise Programs
Do your workouts in your own time and if you wish you can record yourself performing the exercises for us to review and correct.
Live Partner Workouts
You and a partner can workout live with a trainer together for a reduced fee compared to 1 to 1 live training.
Nutritional Guideance
We provide all clients with a meal plan detailing their optimum macro nutritient intake without giving up the foods you love.
